Website Analysis Terms

Who may use the tool

You must be at least 18 years old and own the submitted website. You may request an analysis only for a website you own and only for your own legitimate business purposes. The website must be publicly accessible without credentials.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the tool to analyze a competitor, customer, prospect, client, employer, former employer, or any other third party's website. You may not use it for competitive intelligence, market surveillance, resale, benchmarking services, repeated development testing, or to build or improve a competing product or dataset.

You also may not submit false information; impersonate another person or business; evade website, person, email, device, network, or usage limits; automate submissions; interfere with the service; probe for vulnerabilities; submit malicious content; reverse engineer the service; scrape reports; or use the tool for an unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or rights-infringing purpose.

Analysis limits and enforcement

The free offer is limited to one analysis per website and no more than two websites per person. Bizwise Digital may normalize domains and contact identifiers, treat aliases as one person, use network and request-related abuse signals, delay or reject a request, withhold a report, suspend access, or require direct contact when we reasonably suspect ineligibility, duplication, misuse, or risk.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance, completion, delivery time, continued availability, or a future rerun. Bizwise Digital may change, pause, or discontinue the tool and may correct or withdraw a report.

Permission to analyze public content

You authorize Bizwise Digital and its service providers to fetch, render, temporarily copy, take screenshots of, and use automated systems to evaluate publicly available pages and assets from the submitted website solely to operate, secure, improve, and evaluate the analysis service and provide the report.

Do not submit credentials, private URLs, personal portals, confidential information, trade secrets, or content that you do not have the right to provide for this purpose.

Automated and AI-assisted review

The tool may use rules, browser automation, accessibility testing software, and artificial-intelligence services. Automated findings can be incomplete, outdated, subjective, or incorrect. The report is an informational business review, not a penetration test, security certification, accessibility certification, legal opinion, compliance determination, professional audit, or guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.

Reports and permitted use

You may use the delivered report internally to evaluate and improve the website you submitted. You may not sell, sublicense, publish, redistribute, scrape, systematically extract, remove attribution from, use to train a model, or incorporate the report or service output into a competing product, commercial audit service, or dataset without written permission from Bizwise Digital.

Bizwise Digital retains its rights in the tool, analysis methods, report design, software, and original report language. You retain your rights in your website and content.

Email communications

Confirmation-link, status, and report messages are required to fulfill a request. Agreement to receive occasional Bizwise Digital website guidance and service emails is also a condition of the free offer. Marketing enrollment is processed after you click the one-time confirmation link sent to the submitted email address, and you may unsubscribe from future marketing at any time without affecting a report that Bizwise Digital has already accepted.

Privacy

Our privacy notice explains the information collected for requests, delivery, automated review, abuse prevention, and operational records. By using the tool, you acknowledge those practices. Do not submit another person's contact information.

No warranty

The tool and report are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizwise Digital disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, and results. You are responsible for independently reviewing findings and deciding whether and how to act on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highway 20 Productions LLC and Bizwise Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, business interruption, or decisions made from a report. Their total liability arising from the free tool will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your submitted information, your authority and ownership statements, your use of the report, and any claim or loss arising from your prohibited use, violation of another person's rights, or violation of these terms.

Changes and general terms

The terms shown when you submit apply to that request. We may update these terms for later requests. Oregon law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Benton County, Oregon. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
