Consultation inquiries

The consultation form collects your name, email address or phone number, preferred contact method, service interest, and the question or problem you share. You can also include your organization, a website or relevant link, and how you heard about Bizwise Digital. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss the help you request.

When online inquiries are available, Brevo sends your inquiry details to Bizwise Digital by email. The consultation form does not enroll you in a marketing email list.

Spam protection

When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect our forms from spam. Its security checks process connection and browser information, including your IP address. Read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for its data practices.

Chat

When the chat launcher is available on this website, the conversation happens in a window provided by Bizwise Digital's conversation service, not by this page. It asks what we should call you and keeps your name, your messages, and our replies so our team can answer and follow up. Chat messages are not sent to Google Analytics, and this website does not receive a copy of the conversation.

Text-message replies are optional. If you ask for them, we ask for your phone number and your explicit consent, and you confirm the number with a verification code before it is linked to your conversation. Call Bizwise Digital to stop text replies or to ask about your chat information.

Website analysis requests

We collect the contact and location details you submit, the public website address you request us to review, consent records, and limited security information such as a one-way protected representation of your IP address.

Why we use it

We use this information to verify the request, prevent repeated or abusive use, run and deliver the analysis, respond to questions, and keep required operational records.

Email choices

Confirmation-link, status, and report emails are necessary to fulfill the analysis request. Joining the Bizwise Digital email list is also required to receive the free analysis. Marketing enrollment requires a separate unchecked acknowledgement and confirmation-link click, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.

Automated review

The analysis may use automated and artificial-intelligence services to review public website content. We do not send your submitted name, phone number, email address, or street-level location to the AI review service.

Your information

Call Bizwise Digital to ask about access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information associated with your inquiry or analysis request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records when required for security, suppression, legal, or operational purposes.

Website image and video delivery

Bunny stores and delivers our website images and recorded website examples. Loading these files may connect your browser to Bunny, which receives connection information needed to deliver them, such as your IP address and browser information. Read the Bunny Privacy & Data Policy for its data practices.

Social media examples

Some examples load embedded posts or videos from Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube as you browse or select an example, before you press Play. Loading an embed connects your browser to that provider, which may receive your IP address, browser information, and information about your visit, and may use its own cookies or browser storage.

The analytics choices below do not disable these embeds. Your browser or privacy tools may block them; direct links to the original posts remain available. Provider data practices are described in the Meta Privacy Policy for Facebook and Instagram and the Google Privacy Policy for YouTube.

Pop to the Top and browser storage

The Pop to the Top bubble game saves your best score from completed 30-second rounds in this browser when storage is available. The game does not send your score to Bizwise Digital or publish it on a leaderboard. If browser storage is blocked, your best score is remembered only for the current visit.

This site also remembers your social carousel selection during your browser session and whether the homepage introduction has started in this tab. That introduction marker stays in your browser so refreshing the page shows a brief settling motion instead of repeating the full sequence. You can choose Replay sequence to watch it again. The site also stores your analytics choice on this device. Clear this site’s data in your browser settings and reload to remove saved scores and choices. Clearing that data restores the default analytics preference; Global Privacy Control still keeps analytics off.

Analytics on this browser

When enabled on our public site, Google Analytics runs by default to help us understand page visits, consultation and phone-link clicks, form progress and outcomes, and website-review request stages. It may process browser and connection information and use cookies or browser storage. We send public page paths and limited action information, without your name, email address, phone number, organization, message contents, private destinations, or URL query strings and fragments.
